1. Appointments & Bookings
By booking a treatment with Emmett Hawkins Massage Therapy, you agree to provide accurate health information. As a TMJ specialist, Emmett requires a consultation (included in your first session) to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
2. Cancellation & Lateness Policy
Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% to 100% of the treatment cost.
Lateness: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, but the full treatment fee will still apply.
3. Medical Fitness
It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all known medical conditions and injuries. If you are under the care of a consultant or dentist for specific TMJ issues, please inform us during booking.
